Imagine yourself walking across a wooden bridge, surrounded by nature, your everyday awareness slowly fading away. As you enter a rustic building you are warmly greeted and prepared for a day that’s all about you. You head outside to a series of hot & cold Baths. You hear rushing waterfalls and notice the smell of an open fire. As you sink into a hot bath you notice your muscles are relaxing already. New Yoga classes for May
For the month of May, sign up for Power Yoga classes with Cynthia Hare. Classes run Monday, Wednesday & Friday nights from 6pm-7:30pm. Or try Lesley Niermann’s Hatha yoga 60 minute class every Friday at 9:15am. Drop ins also welcome.
