Body Warming
The first stage includes heating the body up which dilates the blood vessels on the surface of the skin, reduces blood pressure, and increases blood flow to the skin and muscles. The increase in body temperature causes considerable perspiration, which helps cleanse the skin and release the body’s negative energy, including chemicals absorbed from the air, water or food, as well as residual toxins from certain metabolic processes.

Our snack counter offers light healthy meals and fresh juice for your enjoyment at any stage of your experience.
We recommend that guests keep themselves hydrated during their time in the Scandinavian Baths so water bottles and other beverages are available. Water fountains are also located at various stations in the Spa.
Tea tasting
To combine rest, relaxation, and the benefits of tea, we stock organic teas supplied by tea sommelier Marc-André Latour of Shen - L’Esprit du thé. Our snack counter serves this assortment of teas: Long Jing green tea, Earl Grey flavoured, the Chai 46º Nord and a “detox” hot herbal tea created exclusively for Scandinave Spa.
