Customer Service Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Greet guests and explain the :
    • Procedures for the Scandinavian baths;
    • Preperations procedures for the massages;
    • Orientation and location of the various amenities;
  • Identify the client’s needs and offer available services;
  • Perform various types of transactions using our software;
  • Check locker room keys and waiting list;
  • Meet the needs of groups in accordance with the Assistant Director’s directive;
  • Maintain the order and cleanliness of the reception area, i.e. lounge, bistro, changing rooms, etc;
  • Keep towel racks full and tody;
  • Keep the bistro items well stocked;
  • ¬†Any other assigned task necessary for the proper functioning of the company.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREREQUISITES

  • Enjoy contact with the public;
  • High sense of organization;
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision;
  • Innate sense of professional communication;
  • Demonstrate good team spirit;
  • Ability to multitask ;
  • Constructive attitude;
  • Experience in customer service and tourism industry;
  • Bilinguism in French and English (oral and written);
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office
