DUTTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Service and comfort for guests

  • Be proactive, anticipate guests’ needs;
  • Perfectly know the site and the activities offered in order to explain and guide guests to the facilities;
  • Make sure that the instructions concerning the silence on site is respected

Quality, cleanliness and technical operations

  • At all times, ensure that the site is impeccable and make regular rounds to maintain it;
  • Solariums and waiting areas for massages: pick up rubbish and towels, supply and store magazines;
  • Check the bathsL water, temperature, cleanliness;
  • Maintain the fires (ambience fires and dry sauna);
  • Changing rooms: make regular rounds to collect towels and rubbish, close lockers, close shower curtains, disinfect urinals;
  • Mechanical rooms: check the different machines and make sure they are clean;
  • At the beginning of each massage, make sure that guests are in the right places and that the massage therapists are ready to receive them.

REQUIREMENTS AND PREREQUISITES

  • Experience in the customer service and tourism industry;
  • Experience and training in water management, an asset;
  • French and English bilingualism, essential (oral and written);
  • Enjoy contact with the public, have the ability to work in a team, be autonomous and show initiative;
  • Demonstrate a constructive attitude, good communication, adapt quickly to changes.
