How to do it right at home?
- Start your shower with hot water
- Gradually make the water cooler
- First rinse off your feet and your legs. Then start on your hands up to your shoulders.
- Rinse the rest of your body with cold water.
- Repeat these steps with warm water (much easier!) and rinse your whole body with cold water to finish!
