Membership is valid for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase
Membership is valid Monday to Friday, except for holidays and other peak seasons listed on our website
Membership does not guarantee access to the Thermal Journey if the site has reached its maximum capacity
In the case of waitlists, members will be given priority on the waitlist
Members’ guests can only enjoy privileges if they are accompanied by a member
Scandinave Spa promotional gift cards or Costco cards cannot be used to purchase a membership
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable
These privileges cannot be combined with any other promotion
The membership may be suspended for up to a third of the total term for medical reasons.
Membership suspensions are applicable only upon presentation of a medical certificate
