The baths are open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m. The spa will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays until further notice. This temporary reduction in hours is due to a staffing shortage.

In the area for a limited time or are you looking to enjoy our Scandinavian baths for a specific event? You can reserve up to two weeks in advance for guaranteed access at a time that works best for you.
RESERVATIONS INFORMATION
Full payment is taken when the reservation is made and cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of a bath reservation are non-refundable.
- The spa is for 19 years and older only.
- Even when our bath reservations schedule is full on our website, walk-in bath access is available when our capacity allows it.
- The schedule shows your check-in time slot only. There is no time limit to enjoy your relaxing experience.
- Do not arrive early for baths reservations – arrive at the time reserved or 30min after.
- We guarantee your reservation for a period of 30 minutes following your check-in time. For example, if your reservation is at 10:00 a.m. you must check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
- There are no in/out privileges granted at the spa once you are checked in.
- Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.
- It is not possible to use any kind of gift certificate to purchase online baths reservations. These monetary gift certificates can pay for walk-in baths access, massage reservations, as well as food or retail items at the spa.

Reservations for the baths are not required. If the spa is at capacity, walk-in guests may be subject to a waitlist. There are no in/out privileges granted at the spa once you are checked in. The spa is for 19 years and older only.
Terms and Conditions
Reservations:
- The spa is for 19 years and older only.
- Guests must check-in at their designated bath reservation time or within 30 minutes after that time. Do not arrive early. Eg. If your bath reservation is for 10:30 a.m. you must arrive between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
- Failure to arrive within the designated check-in window will result in loss of priority entrance and the potential to go on the waitlist.
- If there is no availability on the calendar that day is sold out but access to the baths is still available for walk-in or adding yourself to our waitlist on the day of your visit.
- Full payment is taken when the reservation is made. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase bath reservations and discounts cannot be added as the baths reservation is a premium product. Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of a bath reservation are non-refundable.
- There are no in/out privileges granted at the spa once you are checked in.
COVID-19 Policies:
- Masks are mandatory in all public indoor spaces as of August 25, 2021.
- We are currently not allowing personal robes on-site. Baths reservations will be provided two towels. Robes can be rented for $15.

Standard Policies:
- The baths are open from 10am to 6:30pm Wednesday to Sunday – this temporary reduction in hours is due to staff shortage.
- The spa is closed entirely Mondays and Tuesdays until further notice.
- All bath reservation prices are final at the time of purchase.
- No discounts or promotions can be applied to baths reservations or after payment has been taken. The only payment methods approved are Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Gift certificates can not be used to purchase bath reservations.
- All guests must be 19 years of age or older.
- Bathing suits are mandatory. Sandals are recommended and can be purchased at the spa if desired.
- There are no in/out privileges granted at the spa once you are checked in.
- For a relaxing environment, and to preserve the quality of your experience and the experience of other guests the following rules are strictly enforced: a code of silence and no technology. This includes phones, cameras, tablets, and other technological devices. E-readers are acceptable but staff may ask to see it to ensure it is not a regular tablet.
