Waitlist info
- The waitlist opens when the spa reaches capacity and is managed online. Guests can sign up here.
- Guests on the waitlist should be in the area and able to check-in within 30 minutes of being notified. Please do not arrive at the spa unless you have received a notification to check-in.
- A group of 4 people max. can be added to the waitlist at the same time.
- Guests will receive text message (SMS) and can text for updates. No need to call the spa, the waitlist is managed directly in this app. Entries on the waitlist do not carry over to the following day.
- Wait times vary due to capacity limitations. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access.
- The spa welcomes 14- and 15-year-old guests with adult supervision; 16+ guests can come unaccompanied. Some conditions apply for minors entry to the spa.
- Guests will only be required to pay upon check-in.
