Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant is open year-round, rain, snow, or shine. Our installations are designed to be enjoyed in all kinds of weather. In the event of lightning during a thunderstorm, the outdoor pools may close temporarily for safety reasons, while indoor spaces will still be available for guests to enjoy. Since we have no control over changing weather conditions, we will not offer refunds or compensation for inconvenience due to inclement weather.
There is no time limit for your visit, but guests do not have in-and-out privileges .
Time permitting, thermal therapy before or after your massage will be beneficial. Starting your spa journey with thermal therapy helps begin the relaxation process and sets you up to get even more from your massage. Using the thermal installations after your massage will optimize its benefits and promote deeper relaxation.
Thermal therapy may present risks for people suffering from angina, heart or respiratory problems, diabetes, hyper- or hypotension, especially when the conditions are viewed as serious and/or uncontrolled. Always consult your doctor for personalized medical advice. It is possible that a note from your health care provider will be required for massage therapy.
Our prenatal massage is perfectly adapted to the special needs of pregnancy, as it may help relieve tension, soothe heavy legs, and improve sleep. It is made available as early as the 13th week of pregnancy. When booking your appointment, please indicate how many weeks pregnant you are.
Thermal therapy is not recommended during pregnancy, as sudden temperature changes can lead to complications. Please consult your health care provider.
A choice of light meals and beverages including sandwiches, soups, quiches and salads, desserts, tea, coffee and wine are prepared locally and delivered fresh.
All food must be eaten in the designated dining areas. Please note that outside food is not permitted and there are no in-and-out privileges: please plan your day accordingly.
Our therapists are professionals and work with the utmost respect for each individual. For privacy reasons, a sheet covers the guest at all times and only the area being massaged is uncovered. For optimal relaxation, we recommend no clothing, but the decision is yours to make.
To capture your experience, photos may be taken before or after your thermal journey. It’s a great way to record how you felt when you arrived and your overall feeling of wellness after your immersive experience! The comfort and privacy of all our guests is important to us. No cameras or cellphones will be tolerated on-site during opening hours.
No. Thermal therapy exacerbates the effects of alcohol and drugs. Therefore, for health and safety reasons, it is advisable to abstain or to drink responsibly. Alcohol and cannabis consumption is strictly forbidden outside or inside the premises, including our parking lot.
A glass of wine or a local beer can complement a day of relaxation, however. Our bistro stocks a few different options to be consumed in moderation at the end of the day. We may ask you to safely leave the premises if you appear to be intoxicated.
Yes, we have free parking on-site.
No. Dogs are not permitted in our parking lot or on the site. We reserve the right to call the police if your pet is left in your car.
Reservations are required for massage therapy and recommended for a guaranteed check-in time for your thermal journey – especially Friday through Sunday and statutory holidays.
Impulsive by nature? It is possible to experience the thermal journey without a reservation, as we do allocate time slots for walk-in guests – but you could find yourself on a waitlist if the spa is at capacity.
Guests with massage or thermal therapy appointments have priority access into the spa. This policy does not apply to other members of the group if they do not have a reservation.
To change or cancel a reservation, please contact us by phone between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. at 1-888-537-2263.

The credit cards approved for online reservations/payments are VISA. MasterCard and AMEX. Please note that the postal code associated with your credit card and the CVV code will be verified with the card issuer or bank. Transactions will be rejected by your card issuer if AVS and CVV do not match the credit card issuer’s information. 3DS will apply only to clients who have enabled this feature with their financial institution.

All of our massage therapists are members of a recognized Quebec association and can issue receipts for the value of the massage offered for insurance purposes. Simply request one when you complete our health questionnaire or ask your massage therapist directly.
We recommend that you check directly with your health insurance provider to know which associations are covered by your current plan, especially if you or your insurance company are not from Quebec.
Our spa is a child-free facility designed to help our guests fully rejuvenate body and mind. Services are reserved for ages 18 and over.
At this time, we have only male and female gendered changing rooms and shower facilities.
All guests are welcome at the Scandinave Spa Mont-Tremblant, regardless of gender identity. Transgender, transsexual and intersex guests are free to choose the changing room they feel most comfortable using. A private bathroom in the lobby can also be made available to guests to change in if this makes them more comfortable. Personal belongings can be securely stored during the visit. Please let your check-in agent know if you would like us to make this private changing area available to you during your visit.
Please call 1-888-937-7980 to address any questions to our reservations team.
The natural surroundings of our facility make access unsuitable for people using wheelchairs. Due to the hilly Laurentian terrain, several staircases must be used during the experience to access locker rooms, the thermal installations and our massage therapy rooms.
