Do massage therapists have specific certification for prenatal massage?

Yes. In addition to their general massage therapy training recognized by professional associations such as the FQM, AMQ, RITMA, RMPQ, AMPQ, or RMQ, our massage therapists complete additional training specific to prenatal massage, covering safe positioning and pressure adaptation related to pregnancy.

How will I be positioning myself during the massage?

Your massage therapist uses a variety of pillows and bolsters designed to provide support and comfort based on your stage of pregnancy, allowing you to be positioned on your side or face-down. They will adjust your positioning as needed throughout the session to ensure your comfort, relieve pressure on the abdomen, and support healthy circulation.

Is it mandatory to comply with the 13-week requirement?

Yes. In Quebec, our massage therapists cannot provide a prenatal massage before 13 weeks of pregnancy, even upon request. This guideline is followed without exception, in line with professional massage therapy standards.

Starting at what age can I book a massage?

Guest 14 and 15 years old can only receive a massage in a duo setting with their parent or guardian. A valid ID will be required for minors.

Can I request a male or female massage therapist?

We have male and female massage therapists, all certified professionals and members of associations such as the RMPQ, the FQM, the AMPQ, the AMQ, RITMA, and the RMQ.

While thermotherapy is not recommended during pregnancy, you can take this moment to recharge before your baby arrives. Our silent, screen-free environment lets you fully disconnect and unwind.

Please note that guests must check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your massage therapy appointment. If you are late for your massage, the missed time cannot be recovered during the session.

How do I tell my therapist what I need?

Before your massage, you'll complete a health form to help us understand any medical conditions, areas to focus on or avoid, and any special needs you may have.

You can also speak up at any time during the massage to adjust the pressure or comfort level.

What should I wear during my massage?

How can I change my reservation?

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made within the last 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. This fee represents compensation for costs incurred, such as staff and subcontractors, and amount to 50% of the reserved services.

When will I be charged?

A credit card is required to make a reservation, although payment is made when you check in at the spa.

Monetary gift cards can be redeemed at the time of your visit. Some conditions apply.

Discount, promotion or promotional gift cards will be applied at check-in.

Are gratuity included in the price?

No. Gratuities are not included in the massage package price. If you would like to leave a tip for your massage therapist, you may pay by credit card at the front desk at check-out or leave cash in the envelope provided by your massage therapist.
