In your luggage

What should you bring?

Swimsuit

One or even two! A second swimsuit keeps things comfortable if you plan on returning to the baths after a massage.

Sandals

While not mandatory, bringing sandals or slippers is strongly recommended.

Water bottle

To stay hydrated thoughout the visit. Many stations on site.

Book

A good book can inspire, calm the mind, and offer a meaningful, analog way to unwind.

When should you arrive?

There is no time limit to enjoy the Thermal Journey.

Thermal Journey without Reservation

You’re welcome to arrive at your convenience during opening hours. Please note that the spa may reach capacity during busy periods.

Thermal Journey with Reservation

Please check-in at the spa reception at your reserved time or within 30 minutes following your reservation. Otherwise, priority access may be lost.

Thermal Journey + Massage package

You may check in up to 2 hours before your massage, or at least 30 minutes before your massage appointment to leave enough time to change, shower and complete your health questionnaire.

What’s included?

Bathrobe

A cozy hooded bathrobe is included with all services offered at Scandinave Spa.

Towels

You will receive two towels upon arrival, which can be exchanged at any time during your visit.

Locker

A locker with a padlock is provided to secure your personal belongings.

Products

The changing rooms include hair dryers, flat irons, makeup remover, and body lotion, with Carina Organics products available in every shower.

Little treats

We offer tea, apples and more to make your stay extra special.

How to get here?

Only 90 minutes from Montreal and 2 hours from Ottawa by car. Follow Route 117 towards Mont-Tremblant, take exit 119 (Montée Ryan). Parking is free on site.
