Insurance receipt · All massage therapists can issue insurance receipts upon request. Check with your insurance provider to see if massage therapy is covered by your insurance plan. The amount will reflect the price of the massage portion of your package as listed on the Rates page. Afterwards, you can claim your insurance benefits.

Starting at what age can I book a massage?

Guest 14 and 15 years old can only receive a massage in a duo setting with their parent or guardian. A valid ID will be required for minors.

Can I request a male or female massage therapist?

We have male and female massage therapists, all certified professionals and members of associations such as the RMPQ, the FQM, the AMPQ, the AMQ, RITMA, and the RMQ.

When should I arrive for my reservation?

You can arrive to enjoy the thermal journey up to 2 hours before your massage, according to opening hours.

Please note that guests must check-in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your massage therapy appointment. If you are late for your massage, the missed time cannot be recovered during the session.

How do I tell my therapist what I need?

Before your massage, you'll complete a health form to help us understand any medical conditions, areas to focus on or avoid, and any special needs you may have.

You can also speak up at any time during the massage to adjust the pressure or comfort level.

What should I wear during my massage?

For your comfort, a sheet is used to ensure you remain covered throughout the massage, with only the area being treated uncovered.

For optimal relaxation, we recommend no clothing. But whether you choose to undress completely or wear clothing is entirely up to you.

What if I feel uncomfortable during my massage?

Your comfort always comes first. If anything feels uncomfortable, let your massage therapist know right away so they can adjust the pressure, technique, draping, or positioning.

Can I change the type of massage during the treatment?

If you would like to adjust your massage experience, speak with your massage therapist. They can adapt the pressure and approach within the treatment booked, when appropriate.

How can I change my reservation?

Please call us at 1-888-537-2263, and our reservation team will be happy to help you with your appointment.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment made within the last 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. This fee represents compensation for costs incurred, such as staff and subcontractors, and amount to 50% of the reserved services.

When will I be charged?

A credit card is required to make a reservation, although payment is made when you check in at the spa.

Monetary gift cards can be redeemed at the time of your visit. Some conditions apply.

Discount, promotion or promotional gift cards will be applied at check-in.

Are gratuity included in the price?

No. Gratuities are not included in the massage package price. If you would like to leave a tip for your massage therapist, you may pay by credit card at the front desk at check-out or leave cash in the envelope provided by your massage therapist.
