- The Monthly Membership is valid from the first to the last day of the month in which it is purchased and must be used within that same month. For example, a membership purchased in May is valid from May 1 to May 31, and one purchased in June is valid from June 1 to June 30, 2024.
- Valid Monday to Friday only, except for Peak dates and statutory holidays.
- The Monthly Membership does not guarantee access to the Thermal Journey if the site has reached its maximum capacity. Subject to waitlist.
