Spa Gift Cards

Gift cards do not expire and are transferable.

Gift cards purchased online are redeemable 48 hours after purchase.

Scandinave Spa gift cards can be redeemed at all other Scandinave Spa locations across Canada.

Refunds can only be processed by the purchaser, and within 45 days of purchase and only if purchased via Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain.

Gift cards have no cash value.

Lost or stolen gift cards can not be replaced.

Unforeseen closures or health measures do not qualify for terms & conditions exemptions.

Terms and conditions can change without notice.

Gift Cards have a monetary value and are valid at all Scandinave Spa locations across Canada.

Scandinave Spa gift cards cannot be used as payment for reservations online or by phone.

Physical gift cards and printed paper copies of e-gift cards are accepted at check-in (credit cards used for reservation payment will be refunded).

Guests can email their gift card information with their reservation number for verification (reservations@scandinaveblue.com).

Some Scandinave Spa promotional gift cards from other locations cannot be redeemed at Blue Mountain.

Use of Scandinave Spa gift card includes acceptance of the Spa’s general terms & conditions, including health warning.
