Reservations guarantee access to the spa at a check-in time of your choice. A Thermal Journey reservation includes access to the outdoor Hot Baths, Cold Plunges, Waterfalls, Saunas and Steam Room, as well as many indoor/outdoor relaxation areas. You will also receive two towels and a secure locker. Once checked-in, you can enjoy unlimited time experiencing the spa amenities.

Not everyone makes a reservation in advance. Walk-ins for the Thermal Journey are welcome and are subject to availability.  If the spa is at capacity, a Wait List will open. Sign up online here.
