This type of massage will include a focus on specific areas of tension or muscle pain. The Massage Therapist will use moderate to firm pressure to restore muscle flexibility, release muscle knots, help re-align posture and provide pain relief. Depending on the discussion with your Massage Therapist during your health history review, this may not be a full body massage. This is not a Deep Tissue massage treatment.

What You Should Know

Reservations are required for massages and can be booked online up to 4 months in advance. All guests must be 18+.

Masks are not mandatory but recommended for Massage treatments.

Massage Guests receive complimentary access to the Thermal Baths and a robe during their visit.

Bathing suits are mandatory. Sandals are recommended.

Guests are reminded to honour silence and leave their devices in their locker.

A cleansing shower before and after your massage is required.
