Relaxation Treatments

A Swedish massage comprising of varied lighter pressure Swedish techniques, designed to ease tension and loosen tired, tight muscles. This type of massage provides an overall feeling of well-being as well as stimulating blood circulation and restoring flexibility to the body.

This type of massage will include a focus on specific areas of tension or muscle pain.  The Massage Therapist will use moderate to firm pressure to restore muscle flexibility, release muscle knots, help re-align posture and provide pain relief.  Depending on the discussion with your Massage Therapist during your health history review, this may not be a full body massage.  This is not a Deep Tissue massage treatment.

A Swedish massage perfectly suited to the conditions of pregnant women.  We recommend consulting your doctor before reserving a treatment.  A thorough review of your health history form with your Registered Massage Therapist before your massage is required.

Please Note:  The Scandinavian Baths are not recommended for pregnant women because the sudden changes in temperature can lead to complications.  Please consult your doctor for more information.

Duo Massage is a Swedish Massage treatment for two people and two therapists in the same room.  This is a unique way to spend some quality time to ease away tensions and rejuvenate tired, tight muscles. Please call to Reserve.
