In our hyperconnected society, adopting a wellness and disconnection routine sooner rather than later is essential. That’s why Scandinave Spa* now welcomes guests aged 14 and up. Our motivation is to help you explore new horizons.

 

Spa entry requirements

Minimum age:

  • Guests 14 and 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent or a legal guardian. An adult cannot accompany more than one minor per visit.
  • Guests 16 years and older may enter the spa unaccompanied.

ID card:

  • Guests must provide proof of age upon arrival at the spa. No one under the age of 14 will be admitted.

Consent form:

  • Minors are required to fill out a discharge form upon arrival at the spa. An off-site emergency contact is mandatory.
  • A parent or legal guardian is required to sign it on behalf of minors aged 14 and 15 years old.

Massage therapy requirements

Quebec

Guests aged 14 and 15 can only receive massages in a duo setting with their parent or guardian, while guests aged 16 and older can receive massages on their own.

British Columbia

Only a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) can provide massages to minors. Guests 14 and 15 years old can only receive a RMT massage in a duo setting with their parent or guardian. A valid ID will be required for minors.

Ontario

Massage therapy services are reserved for guests 18 years and older.
