Spa Gift Cards

Scandinave Spa gift cards can be used toward the Thermal Journey, massage packages, and purchases at our on‑site boutique and bistro.

When you purchase:

Gift cards do not expire and are transferable.
Gift cards purchased online are redeemable 48 hours after purchase.
Scandinave Spa gift cards can be redeemed at all other Scandinave Spa destinations across Canada.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be used for promotional contests without prior authorization from Scandinave Spa.
Gift cards have no cash value.
Lost or stolen gift cards can not be replaced.
Gift cards cannot be divided into separate cards or denominations. For flexibility, we recommend purchasing the exact number of gift cards needed, each in the preferred amount.
Promotional gift cards or gift certificates are redeemable exclusively at the indicated destination. Please note that these gift cards may have an expiry date and may not be valid on peak dates. Check your gift card or certificate for details.
Unforeseen closures or health measures do not qualify for terms & conditions exemptions.

How to redeem:

It is not possible to redeem a monetary gift certificate online, but it can be applied at the time of your spa visit.
Physical gift cards and printed paper copies of e-gift cards are accepted at check-in (credit cards used for reservation payment will be refunded).
Guests can email their gift card information with their reservation number for verification (reservations@scandinaveblue.com).
Promotional gift cards from other Scandinave Spa destinations cannot be redeemed at Blue Mountain.
Please note that when a gift card is redeemed for a treatment, the receipt will indicate the gift certificate amount used and the amount paid by the guest that may be eligible to insurance reimbursement.
Use of Scandinave Spa gift card includes acceptance of the Spa’s general terms & conditions, including health warning.
