What should you bring?

Swimsuit

One or even two! A second swimsuit keeps things comfortable if you plan on returning to the baths after a massage.

There is no time limit to enjoy the Thermal Journey.

Thermal Journey without Reservation

You’re welcome to arrive at your convenience during opening hours. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Thermal Journey with Reservation

Please check-in at the spa reception within 30 minutes of your reservation. Otherwise, priority access may be lost.

You may check in up to 2 hours before your massage, or at least 30 minutes before your massage appointment to have the time to change, shower and complete your health questionnaire.

How to get here?

The spa is located at 8010 Mons Road, Whistler, BC. Just a few minutes north of Whistler Village, and about 2 hours north of Vancouver via Highway 99. There’s some on-site parking, but it can fill up on busy days, so alternative transport is often easier.
