On the occasion of Earth Day, here are some of the actions undertaken over the years:

  • Use of biodegradable cups throughout our site.
  • Importance to waste recycling.
  • Gradual elimination of water bottles.
  • To reduce the environmental impact of laundry management, guests are invited to use one towel.
  • Choice of local caterers (Seb L’Artisan and L’Arôme) and fresh products (Lady T, Cookie Stéphanie, Kombucha Mont Ferréol, etc.) for our bistro to encourage local companies and reduce transport costs.
