Membership Terms & Conditions

Please read through and complete the following form. Once your completed form has been submitted, your membership will be activated.

I have purchased the following membership:

Your purchase can be fully refunded for any reason, before the first use of the Membership. After the first spa visit, memberships are non-refundable. Memberships also cannot be suspended for future use. You acknowledge that poor weather, mechanical failure and regular maintenance of the facility may restrict access from time to time.

Membership is non-transferable. If a membership is used by another person, other than the member, the membership will be terminated without a refund.

This Membership is valid for access to the Thermal Journey, Monday - Thursday for the specific time period.

The minimum age requirement to enjoy a Spa Membership is 16 years old with age of entry requirements.

During your membership, massage treatments can be booked for a preferred rate. For RMT massages, receipts will reflect the 'upgrade' price' paid. The minimum age requirement for Massage treatments is 18 years old.

Health Warning: The activities at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain may not be suitable for pregnant women or persons suffering from health conditions such as heart disease, respiratory problems, angina, hypertension or diabetes.

Members are required to check-in at reception and fill out the member waiver form for ALL VISITS.

Important Spa Etiquette: Silence is required. Mobile phones and electronic devices are not permitted. Bathing suit is mandatory. Photos & videos are not permitted.

Members will abide by the same terms & conditions as all spa guests. Guests not acting in compliance with Spa policies may be asked to leave.
