We are open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with massages starting at 9:00 a.m.

Experience timeframe
We recommend three to four thermotherapy cycles (hot, cold, rest), each lasting about 45 minutes, depending on your comfort level. A visit generally lasts between 3 and 5 hours. To learn more about the Nordic spa experience, please visit the Thermal Journey page.
