In the area for a limited time or are you looking to enjoy our thermal journey for a specific event? You can book in advance for guaranteed access to our facilities at a time that works best for you.

All-inclusive formula. Just bring your bathing suit. We provide the essentials: a bathrobe, two towels, a pair of sandals, an electronic padlock and shower products. On site, organic herbal tea and smoothies are served.

GOOD TO KNOW 

  • Even when our Thermal Journey VIP reservations schedule is full on our website, walk-in thermal journey access is available when our capacity allows it.
  • Your place is guaranteed for up to 30 minutes after your meeting time, otherwise your reservation will be moved to our regular waiting list.
  • No promotion, discount, or promotional gift certificate can be combined to any Thermal Journey VIP  reservation.
  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services amount.
  • A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment is taken at the time of check-in. Monetary gift certificates can be applied at the time of your spa visit. Some conditions apply.

Spontaneous in nature? It is possible to access our thermal journey without a reservation as we allocate space for walk-in guests. Walk-in guests maybe subject to a waitlist if the spa is at capacity.

DISCONNECT. There’s no Wi-Fi at the Scandinave Spa, but you will find a better connection.

1 - Hot

Raising the body’s temperature dilates the blood vessels on the surface of the skin, reduces blood pressure, and increases blood flow to the skin and muscles, thus initiating a state of calmness and introspection.

5 - 20 seconds

2 - Cold

This step causes the skin’s pores to close thus shutting in the heat from step one. These refreshing stations promote a shift in blood pressure, encouraging the body to flush toxins, the muscles to release tensions, allowing you to fully engage in the benefits of the circuit.

10 - 15 minutes

3 - Relax

Indulge in a period of doing nothing. During this final step, the cardiovascular system regulates itself. After spending time in the hot and cold environments, it is recommended to rest the body to help stabilize blood flow and heart rate.
