In your luggage
What should you bring?
Swimsuit
One or even two! A second swimsuit keeps things comfortable if you plan on returning to the baths after a massage.
Sandals
While not mandatory, bringing sandals or slippers is strongly recommended.
Water bottle
To stay hydrated throughout your visit.

A good book can inspire, calm the mind, and offer a meaningful, analog way to unwind.

When should you arrive?
Thermal Journey without Reservation
You’re welcome to arrive at your convenience during opening hours. Please note that the spa may reach capacity during busy periods.
Thermal Journey with Reservation
Please check-in at the spa reception at your reserved time or within 30 minutes following your reservation. Otherwise, priority access may be lost.
Thermal Journey + Massage package
You may check in up to 2 hours before your massage, or at least 30 minutes before your massage appointment to leave enough time to change, shower and complete your health questionnaire.
Massage only, without access to the spa journey
Please arrive 30 minutes before your massage to prepare and complete your health assessment. Relaxation areas are not accessible after your massage.
Consent form
How to speed up your check-in?
Guests are required to complete a consent form for each visit. If you have a reservation, a link will be emailed 24 hours before your visit. We recommend completing it in advance.
Valet service
Where to park?
Valet service is available 7 days a week. Simply leave your car in the drop-off area in front of the spa, hand your keys at reception, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s included?
Bathrobe
A cozy hooded bathrobe is included with all services offered at Scandinave Spa.
Towels
You will receive two towels upon arrival, which can be exchanged at any time during your visit.
Locker
A locker with an electronic wristband is provided to secure your personal belongings.
Products and accessories
The changing rooms offer hair dryers, flat irons, makeup remover, and lotion, and each shower is provided with Carina Organics products.
Small treats
We offer tea, juice and apples to complement your relaxation and make your stay extra special.

It is not possible to leave the site and return later.
A shower is required before to spa and before/after a massage.
Due to the heat of the saunas, please remove jewelry and glasses.

There is no time limit for enjoying the thermal experience. Please check our opening hours to know the latest access time to the installations.

This reservation includes the massage only. Since access to the thermal experience is not included, guests conclude their visit at the end of the treatment.
