Our activities
Conditions
Event-specific
- Sessions lasts 45 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time of your activity.
- The price of the Zero stress Thursdays includes access to the Thermal Journey the day of your choice with no time limit, bathrobe rental, two towels, and a locker.
- Bring your yoga clothes for the sessions. Mats and blocks are provided.
- Event schedule subject to change without notice.
- To add a massage to your experience, please call us.
- The spa welcomes 14- and 15-year-old guests with parent or legal guardian supervision; 16+ guests can come unaccompanied. Some conditions apply for minors’ entry to the spa.
- Valid only at Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montréal.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- Taxes not included.

- Purchasing a bundle offer does not guarantee your spot at one of our events.
- While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making a reservation. After purchasing your bundle, you can secure your spot for your preferred events by reserving under the Events tab
- Please note that a valid credit card is required to make a reservation. No payment will be taken; your participation will simply be deducted from your bundle at the time of your visit at the spa.
- This bundle is valid for one person, not transferable and not refundable.
- This bundle is valid exclusively on the dates of Zero Stress Thursday events at Scandinave Spa Vieux-Montréal.
- This bundle is valid until 28, 2024. In the case one (1) or more events are postponed, your bundle will be valid until December 19, 2024.
