Certified guide dogs and service dogs are welcome at Scandinave Spa Whistler. Guests may be asked to present valid certification issued under British Columbia’s Guide Dog and Service Dog Act. Please note that emotional support animals, therapy animals and pets cannot be accommodated.

If you plan to visit with a service animal, we encourage you to contact us beforehand so we can prepare for your arrival and answer any questions about the property.

Minors are required to fill out a special waiver upon arrival. An off-site emergency contact is mandatory for 16 & 17 year olds.

For 14-and-15-year-olds, the parent or legal guardian is required to sign the Release and Discharge and the Health forms on their behalf.

No, a purchased gift card cannot be divided into separate cards or denominations. For flexibility, we recommend purchasing the exact number of gift cards needed, each in the preferred amount.
