Quality, durability and design are the principles followed for equipment and furniture purchases. We want to respect both the minimalist lines and the comfort of the guests. During the year 2019 and 2020, a significant portion of the furniture will be renewed. Jardin de Ville, a Quebec based company in high-end furniture and design.
“Thanks to a thoughtful refurbishment, we can now provide our guests with more space and comfort, we are adding softness (a hundred cushions!) And the massage therapy waiting area is being redesigned. The goal is to provide a more ergonomic space where bathers will circulate even more freely, ” says Kim Malczewski, spa director.
Improved Locker rooms
Positive feedback received during the past few years about our all-inclusive formula has encouraged us to go further with the concept. From now on, you’ll get even more comfort, luxury, and unlimited shower products.
Getting ready at the end of your spa experience will be more enjoyable with the new Dyson Supersonic hair dryers and new flat irons. Also, in addition to the ONEKA shower products available, discover the creams and facial cleanser of Montreal based organic brand Idoine, now part of the all-inclusive formula. Not only will you leave the spa relaxed, but you will also leave the skin hydrated and your hair well kept!
Since the spa opens at 7:15 am mostly for neighborhood professionals, customers are leaving the spa to go to the office and this transition needs to go smoothly. “Planning the locker room experience down to the smallest detail is helpful for the customer, reduces their planning efforts, and contributes to the feeling of overall rejuvenation,” says Pascale Hancock, spa experience director.
Major Maintenance Works
More new features are coming this year, including the addition of an exclusive check out station, upgrading the membership experience, and adding items to the boutique. One visit will not be enough to experience everything!
